Custom Form Manager

The custom form manager allows the site administrator to add customized forms to the website. Each form can set to expire on a certain date, be limited to members only, or to be limited to only a certain number per memeber (such as for voting or polling your members).

The site administrator has full control over the instructions and handling of the forms, which fields are required or optional, and which page the form will appear on.
