• Turn On Field Scheduling Confirmations – Y or N
• If 'Yes' to Field Scheduling Confirmation Email – Place the Confirmation email here. Field Scheduling Confirmations MUST be turned on for this feature to be active.
• If 'No' Field Scheduling Confirmation Email - Field Scheduling Confirmations MUST be turned on for this feature to be active.
• 'Yes' Field Scheduling Confirmation Pop-Up Alert - Field Scheduling Confirmations MUST be turned on for this feature to be active.
• 'No' Field Scheduling Confirmation Pop-Up Alert - Field Scheduling Confirmations MUST be turned on for this feature to be active.
• New Team Registration (Pay Online) Welcome Email –If the team can pay online, insert that email message here
• New Team Registration (Pay by Check) Welcome Email – If the team can register by Check insert that email message here
• Note to Include in Email to New Team Player – General Email message
• Allow emails to be sent to ALL Team Reps from Team Directory – Y or N
• Alert if team discussion confirmation box unchecked - Require team discussion before allowing game change found in the “Games and Game Changes” section must be turned on for this to be active.
• Include Dates of Birth in Generated Emails – Y or N
• Allow team rep to send email to every team member from team directory – Y or N
• Send E-mail to ALL team reps when a member registers – Y or N. Only works when members add themselves as players.
