Create a Category for your Form

Before you add a new Custom Form, you should create a category for it. In general, you should have a different category for each form that you create. There are special circumstances in which you may have more than one, but in general, you should create a new Category any time you plan to create a new Custom Form.

To create a new category:

  1. Click on Custom Form Manger on the right
  2. Click the Add a Category Tab at the top
  3. Enter the desired information (the name is required)
  4. Submit the form to save the Category

Your category has been created, and is ready for a new Custom Form.
