Custom Form Manager
Create a Custom Form Published On: 11/12/2008 Before creating a new form, make sure that you have a Category created. This is required in order to save your form. Creating a new form is a three step process.
To create your form:
- Click Custom Form Manager on the right
- Click the Add a Form tab at the top of the page
- Enter at least the required information (name and category)
- Submit the form to go to the Sections page
- If you would like your form to be broken into sections, add those sections here
- Submit the form to add fields
- Add the fields that you would like in your form - each field can have a label, type, options (if applicable), an doutput label, active, required, display order, and a "handle" for use in design integration.
- Submit the form
Your form is now created, and is ready to be assigned to a page.
