Grant Members Access to Your Project

You can grant Members in your system permission to view, update, approve, and comment on tasks within a project. You should do this if you want to share the project with clients or other members that are not Super Users for your site.

  1. Click on Member Administration on the right (you must have the Member Module installed)
  2. In the column labelled "Project Permissions" click the "Add" link associated with the member
  3. Click the Project you want to add the Member to
  4. Check the permissions you would like the Member to have for that Project
  5. Save your selections by submitting the form

This Member will now be able to interact with this task on your website.

NOTE: In order for members to view the Project online, you will need to create a page in your website with a Page Type of Project Tracker Page. For detailed instructions on adding pages to your site, click here.
